Grown in The San Antonio La Paz region of Guatemala in the Sierra de Las Minas Mountains, and produced by a cooperative of 225 small farms that average 3 acres in size. This region is famous for its humid forest microclimate where coffee is grown under native forest shade dominated by pine trees, which creates a very unique flavor profile.
